My usual days off are sunday and monday, that is when i will usually do my admin I reply to every single enquiry form, whether I will do the tattoo or not Please keep an eye on your spam/junk folder as you will receive a response. If you cannot find a response please dm me on Instagram and we will figure out what happened Thank you for being patient!!
-
COVER UPS?I am not a super skilled cover up artist, so I may deny the tattoo request if I am not confident to go ahead! If the tattoo is small/heavy black the tattoo will need to be decent sized, dark/heavy for me to cover it up. So no dainty fine line/floral etc If the tattoo is too dark/big I may require you to go get a few laser sessions to lighten it or fully remove it prior

TATTOO APPOINTMENT PREPMoisturise and gently exfoliate your tattoo for 2 weeks leading up to the appointment (the better your skin, the better the results will be) Stay out of the sun! I cannot tattoo over sun burnt skin Get a good nights sleep prior to the appointment date! Eat a decent sized meal before you come in! (Feel free to bring any snacks/drinks with you to your appointment)
-
WHEN TO ROCK UP?Please try to arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment time to fill out forms If you are late by 20 minutes or more, your appointment will be considered a no show and your deposit will be forfeited

WHAT TO BRING WITH YOUFeel free to bring a book, iPad etc. Anything to distract you during your appointment! I always encourage clients to wear headphones if they wish, it helps with getting in the zone and numbing out the noise of the tattoo & studio You can bring a pillow & blankets if you wish! Just keep in mind anything you wear/bring may get stained (so bring something old!) Bring food/drinks! Bring healthy and/or sugary snacks with you! This will stop you from crashing/vomiting etc during the tattoo session!
-
WHAT TO WEAR?Please wear whatever you will feel comfortable in! I always recommend to come dressed in layers (i.e a top with a jacket, shorts with track pants over). That way if you get warm or cold, you can add or remove layers! I couldn't care less if you rock up in pyjamas or your oddie, bring a blanket, a pillow, a squishmallow. I want you to be comfortable!

NUMBING CREAMPlease check with me before you choose to go ahead with numbing cream, as I may have to change the length of appointment etc Numbing cream affects the condition of the skin, and will make it a lot harder for me to tattoo. However, I am very easy going if you wish to use it, we will just need to make some adjustments I always encourage clients to split appointments up into outlines and shading, this isn't an option when it comes to numbing cream. As the cream will completely wear off by the time we get to shading and results in clients tapping out I recommend either TXTX GOLD 45%, or Tattoo Numbing Co, please message me beforehand if you wish to use a different brand. I may refuse use of numbing brand or appointment may be split/shrunk Numbing cream application all depends on the brand of cream, the general rule is: Warm/hot shower, shave, exfoliate Jump out, dry yourself fully Apply small amount of cream, massage it in, and repeat for a few layers Use the entire tube and thickly apply to area (multiple tubes may be required) Wrap up with cling wrap and leave it on for an hour Rock up to your appointment with it on and I will remove it If you do not know how to apply cream, you may rock up 1 hour before the appointment and I will apply it for you We sell TXTX numbing cream at our studio for $40

WHEN WILL I SEE MY DESIGN?Unfortunately due to many previous situations, I now no longer send off designs prior to appointments, this is due to people stealing designs etc. I usually draw my designs up 24 hours in advance so if you happen to have any design changes etc. please send me them via email, so I can have everything ready for the day! I much prefer to show my clients on the day when we can sit down face to face and discuss any design changes. As I do not show designs prior, I do allocate spare time in appointments to do any minor changes If you change your design completely on the day, we may have to reschedule to a later date, this is why it is important for you to keep me updated with any design changes/size/placement I understand that not seeing the design in advance may be stressful, so we can organise a face to face consult or I can show it prior with a 'drawing fee'. Drawing fee varies, but this allows you to see the design prior and make any changes. The drawing fee is non-refundable, however this and the deposit both come off the total on the day

THINGS TO AVOID PRIOR TO APPOINTMENTYou should not get tattooed if you are on blood thinners, any kind of anti biotics, accutane/ acne medication Please contact me if you are on any of the above, and we can discuss plan of action (may just need to wait til you are off the medication) Please avoid taking ibuprofen 24 hours prior to the tattoo, paracetamol is fine I will NOT tattoo you if you have had any alcohol/drugs within 24 hours prior to the tattoo appointment I will NOT tattoo you if you are pregnant or breastfeeding (we will just need to wait until baby is born or stopping breastfeeding) If you are on any medication, please let me know prior, I may require a doctors approval
-
BRINGING A FRIEND?Please let me know before hand if you are bringing a friend, as I will need to make sure I have the room prior to the appointment I only allow 1 person to come with you. They will be asked to sit away from my working area, if they get up in my business, distract you/others I may have to ask them to sit outside and wait

TOUCHUPSTouch-ups are for minor ink loss, typically just a few small spots Design changes, add-ons etc. are not considered a touch up. This may require a small fee If you think a touch up is required, please email me a photo of your tattoo, 3-4 weeks after your tattoo appointment. Wait for all flakes to fall off and to fully settle down. I cannot tattoo over a tattoo that is not fully healed Touch ups are free within 3 months, except for: Face, neck, hands, feet. As these are a high friction area, a small fee may be charged If the tattoo is over 3 months old a fee may be charged as the ink has not settled over time
